Exchange Policy
- Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are only allowed for products that are received in a damaged condition.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: An unboxing video is mandatory to validate the exchange request.

- You must place your exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued through a one-time coupon.
- The coupon can be used on future purchases.
- It is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-6 business days.

Cancellation Policy
Every order is generally fulfilled within 4-5 days of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges)
