Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–6 business days.
- Exchanges are also allowed within 24 hours of delivery, subject to product availability.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product clears the quality check at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–6 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- After 1 hour, cancellations are not possible under any circumstances.
- For eligible cancellations, the refund will be issued to your original payment method after deducting 5% payment gateway charges.
