Return Policy

- Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Damage or Tampering: Products that appear used, damaged, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
- How to Request: To raise a return request, email us at support@karnphool.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- Unboxing Video Required: A mandatory unboxing video must be provided as proof at the time of exchange request.
- Timeline: You must email your exchange request to support@karnphool.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Condition for Exchange: The product must be returned in the same condition as received – unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit coupon (no direct refunds are offered).
- Coupon Validity: The coupon is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10–12 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Order Processing Time: Usually, orders are shipped within 2-3 days of order placement.
- COD Orders: A confirmation call will be made before shipping.
- Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before shipping, refunds can be made either:
- As a store credit coupon, or
- Back to the original payment method (5% deduction as payment gateway charges apply).
